Shipping Policy
Plants are very delicate and can show some minimal signs of stress during shipping. Simply cut off the damaged leaves and let your baby grow back beautiful! I have a 1-3 business day processing time. We do use priority shipping. Plants will typically arrive in 2-4 days once shipped.
RETURN POLICY
We love our plants and are so proud of what we do and what we sell! Please expect some leaf damage and/or browning. This is completely normal during shipping! We do have a live arrival guarantee. If your plant arrives dead or dies shortly after, please make a claim within 24 hours of delivery and you may return the plant. Outside of the 24-hour claim window I cannot offer refunds or exchanges. I do require return of the plant before initiating any refunds or exchanges.
